Who Resi is
Resi knows your numbers and your property.
Resi is the AI analyst in Indicate: she knows every KPI for your property and answers in plain language.
How was occupancy last week?
Resi is checking the figures …
84 %, six points above the week before. Almost all of the gain came from direct bookings.
Did the summer campaign on Meta hit plan?
Resi is checking the figures …
Almost: 212 bookings against 240, but with an ADR of €168 above plan. The gap sits in weeks 29 to 31.
Quale mercato porta l’ADR più alto?
Resi is checking the figures …
Gli ospiti svizzeri: 189 € di ADR con 4,2 notti. Il 71 % prenota direttamente.

How it works
From question to answer
In three steps, with no formulas and no exports.
- 1
Pick your sources
You decide which connections Resi uses: PMS, ads, CRM. Or chat about a dashboard directly.
- 2
Ask the way you'd ask your team
Occupancy, cancellations, campaigns, guest origin. Follow-up questions are welcome, and Resi keeps the thread.
- 3
An answer with a chart
Number and chart. One click, and the answer sits on your dashboard as a widget.
Verified KPIs
Answers based on your KPIs.
Resi works with the KPIs from your data sources.
Source on request
Ask Resi which connection and which KPI a number comes from.
A chart, not just text
Answers come with bars, a line or a table when the question calls for it.
Chat about a dashboard
Dashboard on the right, chat on the left. Resi knows every widget on it.
Put it on the dashboard
A good answer becomes a widget with one click.
How did ADR develop in October?
Resi is checking the KPI catalogue …
−3.1 % to €138, mostly from more OTA bookings midweek.
Show ADR in the widget by channel instead.
Resi is checking the KPI catalogue …
Done: the ADR widget now shows direct, OTA and other.

Indicate vs. a direct API
Why not just plug the API into the AI?
Technically it works. In day-to-day hotel operations, though, it quickly hits its limits.
Often there's no API
Marketing systems can usually be connected, but PMS and CRM are often a dead end. You need official interfaces and partnerships with the vendors.
Endless maintenance
Every time a vendor changes its API, you have to catch up, for every system again. And often only one person knows how it all works.
No history
Many APIs only return the last 13 months, or even just today. Later on, you can't ask what things looked like five years ago.
No time travel
Questions like “What did May's occupancy look like back in March?” need stored snapshots and a system that can work with them.
Tokens and costs
Every question queries the whole API. The context window fills up fast, and costs rise with every colleague who joins in.
Wrong or partial numbers
APIs return raw data, often page by page. The AI miscalculates or only reads the first page: the PMS says A, the AI says B.
One truth for your KPIs
Do cancellations and out-of-order rooms count? Without a central definition, the AI calculates ADR one way today and another way tomorrow.
Context and clean data
A booking in the CRM isn't the same as a booking in the PMS. Data has to be matched and cleaned before an AI can make sense of it.
Data protection
With direct access, the AI also sees dates of birth, ID numbers and credit card details. At Indicate, it has no access to personal data.
Rights and roles
API keys usually have full rights, often even write access. Indicate controls who can see what.
Fast, without slowing the PMS
Pre-calculated KPIs answer in seconds. Direct AI requests hit rate limits and can slow down the system your front desk is working in.
Traceable and independent
You can see where every number comes from. And you can switch between Claude, ChatGPT and Langdock without reconnecting everything.

You chat with Resi right inside Indicate, next to your dashboards and widgets. There, she can also build dashboards for you and adjust your widgets. The Indicate MCP brings your KPIs into the AI chat you already use, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Langdock. Either way, the same KPIs and the same permissions apply.

No. You ask Resi the way you'd ask a colleague. If you do want to go deeper, you can use Indicate to build your own KPIs or connect it to your own software through the API.
No. Resi only reads your data and never changes it. She can build dashboards for you and adjust widgets, though, for example by switching a chart type or adding a euro sign.
