KPI Studio
Define it once, use it everywhere.
You create a KPI once in the semantic layer, and it's instantly available everywhere: checked, versioned and calculated the same way every time.

How it works
KPI, dimension, collection
The studio guides you through every step, and the preview calculates as you go.
- 1
Browse the schema
As an admin, you see every table and column in your warehouse, raw data included, maintained by Indicate. Add columns with a click.
- 2
Define the KPI
Write the formula as a definition in the editor, validated against the schema. The dry run shows the result with real data.
- 3
Add dimensions
Grouping and perspective from a column: channel, room category, booking or arrival date.
- 4
Release into the collection
Saved as a version in your KPI collection. From then on, dashboards, reports, Resi and your chatbot all calculate with it in the same way.
The big advantage
One KPI, the same everywhere.
Every KPI you create in KPI Studio is instantly available in every dashboard, every report, for Resi and in your chatbot. Everyone calculates with the same definition, and you never maintain anything twice. Three building blocks make that possible.
KPI
A formula over tables and columns, with filter and version. RevPAR, cost per booking or one of your own.
Dimension
What a KPI is split by and which date counts. Create it once and select it in any widget.
Collection
KPIs and dimensions, bundled and versioned. The unit you release and share.
Dimensions
Dimensions that understand the question.
There are two kinds: grouping splits the KPI, and perspective decides which date counts. For pickup, booking date versus arrival date makes all the difference.
Grouping
Channel, room category, origin, campaign: defined once, selectable in every widget.
Perspective
Which date on each record decides the period: booking, arrival or departure.
Across collections
Link or duplicate dimensions so that ads and PMS refer to the same campaign.

KPI collections
Built once, released to everyone.
You bundle KPIs and dimensions into a collection. Share it with your hotel group, your clients or the community, and every update reaches all of them.
Hotel group
Head office defines the standard and every property calculates with it. Comparisons hold up because the definition is the same.
Clients
Agencies and consultants pass their KPI set on to all their clients, with version and change history.
Community
Adopt public collections and publish your own. Industry standards such as RevPAR are already there.
Shared read-only
Recipients use the collection but cannot change it. New versions appear for everyone, and old ones remain valid.

No. Every connection comes with its KPIs ready-made. The studio is for anything beyond that: your own formulas and your own dimensions.
The layer where every KPI is defined exactly once. Dashboards, reports, Resi and your chatbot read the same definition, which is why the numbers match everywhere. A new KPI is available everywhere straight away.
Admins. They can access the raw data in the warehouse and use KPI Studio to build any KPI they need from it. Users and readers work with the finished KPIs.
Yes. You can share a KPI collection read-only with other spaces: from head office to the properties, from an agency to its clients, or publicly with the community. Updates reach everyone.
