Connect without login details
Don't have the login details for a system? Send a connect link to the person who does. They sign in through it and connect the system without ever sharing their password with you. The link is single use, expires and records consent, including for personal data.
Strategic, not personal
Indicate is a strategy tool. It analyses data by attributes such as country of origin, booking source or campaign name, not by individual people. Resi and MCP read KPIs, not guest lists.

In a separate warehouse for each space, managed by Indicate and kept apart from other customers. Indicate Data GmbH is based in Offenburg, and the contract follows the GDPR.
Yes. The “require two-factor” policy applies per space. Anyone who hasn't set up 2FA yet does so at their next sign-in.
Three: admin, user and reader. Admins manage the space, have access to the raw data in the warehouse and can use KPI Studio to build any KPI they need from it. Users work with dashboards and Resi. Readers see the KPIs and dashboards of the space you give them access to, but they can't see raw data or change anything.
