Every connected system counts as one data source: the PMS, the booking engine, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and so on.

Resi uses credits based on effort: a quick question uses fewer credits than an in-depth analysis or a new dashboard. So the number of credits a request uses isn't fixed in advance. The allowance resets every month and unused credits expire. When they run out, dashboards and reports keep working as usual. Only Resi pauses until next month or until you add more credits.

You can add as many credits as you need and only pay for what you actually use. Credits you add don't expire.

Monthly plans can be cancelled each month. Yearly plans save 10% and run for twelve months, billed in advance.

Yes. An upgrade applies immediately, a downgrade from the next billing period. Your data and dashboards stay as they are.

It depends on what you need. You can connect all your hotels in one shared space or set up a separate space for each hotel. The right setup depends on how you manage your data and what you want to use Indicate for. Groups and agencies bundle their spaces in one organisation with one login. We're happy to work out the best setup with you.

All prices are in euros and exclude statutory VAT. Invoices are sent monthly or yearly by email.

With Resi and Resi credits, you chat with your data and build dashboards right inside Indicate. With an agent token and the MCP, you connect Indicate to the chatbot of your choice, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Langdock, or to VS Code. You then use the tokens from your own account with that provider. In Indicate, you add an add-on at a fixed monthly price and can then chat there with your data from Indicate.
