We're an international team of six. We speak four languages, and one of them especially fluently: the language of data. Different backgrounds, perspectives and plenty of tech know-how come together here. We believe in innovation through diversity. Everyone brings their own skills, ideas and experience, and that's exactly what makes us faster, more creative and better. We believe in teamwork, openness and the idea that the best ideas often come about where humour and passion meet. What connects us? At Indicate, we believe in a world where data-driven decisions are accessible, intuitive and easy to see for every hotel. Our vision is to become the central platform for data-driven hotel management: simple, real-time and fully customisable. Our mission is to help agencies, consultants, hotel groups and hotels of every size turn their data into valuable insights and use them to make strategic decisions that make a difference. With user-friendly software that connects seamlessly to a wide range of systems, we reduce complexity and create transparency. We firmly believe that the data a hotel generates belongs to the hotel. It should always be accessible instead of being stuck in individual systems. And anyone who wants to work with AI needs a clean data foundation to do it. That's exactly what we build.

We'd rather try something out quickly than plan for months. What works, we build on. What doesn't, we bin. We'd rather decide with numbers than on gut feeling. Fast doesn't mean sloppy, though: you should be able to rely on our software and on us.

What counts in the end is what our customers get out of it. Our goal: making life easier for millions of number wizards. So we keep asking ourselves what would really impress you, and then we build exactly that. Our motto: 10x better.

Here, the best argument wins. Every opinion counts, even the awkward ones. We don't gloss over mistakes. We talk about them openly and learn from them. We have strong opinions, but we're happy to be proven wrong, ideally with good arguments or data.
